Matt Pettinelli is the Founder & CEO of CapGrow Partners. Matt comes from a family with deep roots in providing exceptional services and resources to consumers with behavioral health needs, and is very proud to carry on a decades-long family tradition. Prior to founding CapGrow, Matt worked on national and international advertising and marketing campaigns for both Doyle Dane Bernbach (DDB) and Leo Burnett Company, two of the world’s largest and most successful advertising agencies.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from the College of Wooster and both a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication from Loyola University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. Matt is a member of the Commercial Club of Chicago, The Economic Club of Chicago, Forbes Real Estate Council and Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Additionally, Matt is the Board President of Arts of Life, a not-for-profit organization that provides artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities a collective space to expand their practice and strengthen their leadership.
