CapGrow Partners and OPEN MINDS are pleased to announce their opening speakers for the 2018 I/DD Executive Summit, both of whom are top executives with Optum, a UnitedHealth Group company. Olivia J. Garland, Ph.D., of Optum Government Solutions, and Lilli Correll, of Optum Behavioral Health, will open the summit with their plenary address, titled “Managed Care & The I/DD Population: The Health Plan Perspective On The Strategic Challenges & Partnership Opportunities In A New Market.”
Dr. Garland serves as Vice President of State Consulting & Solutions Architecture for Individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities. She brings to the summit over 35 years of experience in both the public and private health care sectors. Dr. Garland joined Optum in 2014 and is responsible for launching a program that serves individuals with I/DD, as well as developing the business requirements necessary to address states’ challenges in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Ms. Correll is the Vice President of Product Development & Solution Design and serves as the product lead for Optum Behavioral Health for public sector business, including Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and Veterans benefit programs. She joined Optum in 2016 and currently oversees all the behavioral health and I/DD solution design and product development for Optum’s public sector lines of business.
