Tim Stephens

Tim Stephens is the Executive Vice President of Real Estate & Operations for CapGrow Partners. Tim oversees the day-to-day operations of the existing portfolio assets, new acquisition process and closings, partner lease payments and lease compliance. Tim worked for one of the nation’s largest real estate firms, Trammell Crow Company. While at Trammell Crow, he was part of a team that was responsible for researching and identifying appropriate properties, in addition to negotiating lease terms and conditions for clients located both domestically and internationally. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont. Tim is an avid Chicago Blackhawks fan and plays hockey himself.
