Recently OPEN MINDS sent out an email titled “Does An ‘Agile’ Workforce Want Your Jobs?” where Monica Oss, Chief Executive Officer, touched on several points detailing how staff turnover affects providers economically. OPEN MINDS has covered this topic extensively exploring it in regions across the country: providers in Illinois have reported a 70% turnover rate and providers in New York have reported a 23% turnover rate.
