Dene’ Sanchez serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development for CapGrow Partners. She leads all business development & marketing initiatives while continuing to secure new business across numerous behavioral health verticals nationwide. With commitment to strategic growth and developing long-term client relationships, Dené has closed hundreds of real estate acquisitions in partnership with dozens of providers in her 9-year tenure with CapGrow.

Prior to CapGrow, Dené was an Account Manager with Randstad where she managed portfolios exceeding 200 clients across dozens of industries. In her earlier experience at Pinnaclife, a health care startup, she was responsible for accelerating the national growth of a new product line resulting in expanding retail placement from 20 to 200 stores in only 2 years.

Dené earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and a Certification in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Iowa. She enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband and two kids.
