CapGrow Partners Lands National Honors As “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” Employer

We think CapGrow Partners is a great place to work. Of course, we’re a little biased, but some outside confirmation came last spring when we were named as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Chicago area. Now, CapGrow has been honored with inclusion on the Best and Brightest in the Nation list as well!
“It is a true honor to receive this award,” says Matt Pettinelli, founder and CEO of CapGrow Partners. “Our focus has always been, and will continue to be, to develop a culture that allows our team members to thrive in their respective specialty while continuously developing their craft.”
The Best and Brightest list “identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment,” according to the National Association for Business Resources, which created the program.
Companies on the list are vetted by an independent research firm on categories including communication; benefits and employee solutions; compensation; enrichment; diversity and inclusion; work-life balance; and strategic company performance.
