Adam Zeiger has spent his entire career in the healthcare real estate sector – a majority with prominent public companies, during which he has led teams who have financed or acquired over $5 billion in healthcare real estate.

Prior to joining CapGrow, Adam was a director at Hudson Advisors L.P., an active acquirer of healthcare real estate during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Before entering private equity, Adam developed considerable public REIT experience with Welltower, Inc. (f/k/a Health Care REIT, Inc.), Care Capital Properties Inc. (a SpinCo from Ventas), and Invesque, Inc.

Before to joining Care Capital, Adam spent a decade at GE Capital, Healthcare Financial Services, one of the leading capital providers to the healthcare industry, where he was Senior Vice President, Originations.

Adam has a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland – College Park.
