Dene’ Sanchez serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development for CapGrow Partners. She leads all business development & marketing initiatives while continuing to secure new business across numerous behavioral health verticals nationwide. With commitment to strategic growth and developing long-term client relationships, Dené has facilitated and closed hundreds of real estate acquisitions with 50+ providers during her 10 years with CapGrow.

Prior to CapGrow, Dené was an Account Manager with Randstad where she managed portfolios exceeding 200 clients across dozens of industries. In her earlier experience at Pinnaclife, a health care startup, she accelerated a new product line’s expansion from 20 to 200 retail locations within 24 months.

Dené earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and a Certification in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Iowa. She enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband and two kids.
