Kara Barford is the Project Manager for CapGrow Partners where she oversees property renovations and modifications. She is responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing strategies to improve the value of our properties. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Kara brings a strong background in real estate, including time spent working in and supporting two startups during critical growth phases.
Kara is a graduate of Miami University, outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and exploring Chicago’s vibrant restaurant scene.
