Lexi Pearthree is the Director of Business Development for CapGrow Partners.  She facilitates new business relationships and oversees real estate acquisitions contributing to the company’s growth & success within the behavioral health industry.

Lexi began her CapGrow Partners career in 2013 starting as a Client Services Coordinator and worked her way up to the Senior Operations and Real Estate Manager.  During her tenure in the Operations Department, she worked closely with providers and assisted in closing hundreds of real estate transactions. Lexi also oversaw the day-to-day management and execution of all partner-related needs & services.  

Lexi earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Supervision & Management from Florida State College of Jacksonville. She loves to travel, cook, and is an avid reader.
