Megan Schnoebelen is a Transaction Manager at CapGrow Partners, where she plays a key role in creating real estate strategies and managing property transactions. As part of the operations team, she assists with property acquisitions & dispositions and all lease-related activities. Her valuable industry knowledge and a strong commitment to operational excellence is backed by more than 5 years of real estate experience prior to CapGrow.

Megan is a University of Iowa graduate. She enjoys trying new restaurants and exploring all that Chicago has to offer.
