Prior to joining RHA, David was a Senior Vice President at Formation Capital, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, where he led over $1 billion of investments in companies in the IDD, behavioral health, hospice, and long-term care industries.

Monica E. Oss, M.S. is the founder of OPEN MINDS.
